Registration fees


Any contribution (abstract/paper) needs to be accompanied with a registration. Contributions without any registered author will not be included in the proceedings.

  • Conference fee for participants who are not EUSFLAT members additionally includes: EUSFLAT membership for 2025 and 2026.

  • Additional Contribution Fee includes: An additional oral contribution accompanied either by abstract in the book of abstracts or by a full paper in LNCS.

  • Note for students: A copy of a valid student card or a student confirmation (in English) can be requested by organizers upon the arrival at the registration desk.
Payment:

Payment will be made in Euros (EUR) by your preferred payment method:

  • by bank card;      
  • by bank transfer.
    Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made.

Confirmation / Invoice:

Once you have completed the online REGISTRATION FORM, you will receive the confirmation by email.

  • For card payment, you will receive a payment confirmation once we have received the payment in our bank account.
  • For bank transfer, you will receive an invoice shortly (few days) with the necessary details to complete the payment.
